Within our ministry we have 3 programs which are Housing, Resource/Referrral, and Basic Life Skills.

We offer: T.L.C., Healthy Life Style Example, Personal Support, and more.

HOUSING PROGRAM:
Private Christian Homes- they open their homes for support and mentoring, sharing their family lifestyle and a safe place to live for those in need and personal mentoring.

RESOURCE/REFERRAL PROGRAM:
Offers resource information to support services in the community for pregnant teens, young women and single moms under age 30, as an alternative to abortion and personal needs. Caring Hands will provide opportunity for the women to participate in classes that will help inform and prepare them to care for themselves and their baby after adoption, marriage, or independant living. Participants will be encouraged to finsh high school and/or continue education and prepare for a job. We will help them look to the future and make goals.

BASIC LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM:
This program requires each person to participate in hands on training such as: daily meals, meetings, classes, laundry, etc. as described in the C.H. Handbook.

CARING HAND MENTORING HOMES

This program is not a welfare program. They are here as a support system and will rent a room to the needy and allow them to be a part of the family in every way as they would for their own children.

There is no better way to grow and become independant than to start with a good example to follow and have a support system available where you live.
CARING HANDS PROGRAMS
CARING HANDS MATERNITY/MENTORING programs are here for those in need when they come to us until their time has come to give birth or if they decide to parent can stay up  to 2 years in the program. By that time there will have been preparations for this next stage of their life: going home, independent living, marriage, adoption or whatever was determined while in Caring Hands Program.
An extended stay in the home will be to complete or fulfill any obligations previously started, or for emotional support after adoption or loss of child, but not to exceed six(6) weeks.

CARING HANDS MENTORING programs are here for those in need when they come to us until they are prepared and ready to live independantly, for marriage, or to go home, which will be determined by Caring Hands, Client, Mentors and/or Counselor.
